Ping can reach up to 3500ns for like 20secs, then go back to normal, and it can keep doing this a few times. Then ping goes stable again at ~25ms.

The download speed and the installation speed is incredibly slow. A few times now I have been forced to leave my PC on over night and hope it finished by the next day. I have tried everything I could do make it go faster. I have looked over every forum post on this site and others and any recommendation doe snot seem to work.

Normally i download at the speed of 5mbps (on steam and other apps) but here, it ranges from 60 kbps to 1.3 mbps, very rarely hitting 2mbps for a second. It tends to stay around 200kbps to 600kbps. At this rate, it'll take days to download 27gb when normally it'd take me an hr or two

Jul 09, 2016 · The ISO and the vacation pics will download at 20Mb (your max limit), the video will download at 12Mb and the MP3 will download at 4Mb. The first two are above your cap and they download at your cap speed, the other two are below your cap, but you can't speed them up because you have a limit. The speed is very unstable. It can drop down to a few KB/s, and up to 10-15 MB/s. I don't know if downloading these torrents to my secondary HDD is a problem. This problem seems to occur when I download several torrents at once, where the torrents are big in size.
