I had a TAP card once that expired with $20 on it. How the fuck does the card expire? At one time the fare was $1.50, but when the fare went up to $1.75 the TAP card doesn't allow me to add .25 to make up the difference. I had to keep paying $1.75 with an extra $1.50 on the card. Damn, I hate TAP card and I hate Metro.
