Hello, I am trying to fix my parents Samsung TV F6500 which has stopped connecting to Internet since a few weeks. Here is my diagnosis: The TV won't connect to Internet using wifi or Ethernet throught their usual provider. When I use my 4G phone as an access point, the TV connects normally. Thes Same problem. I am trying to use a cloud DVR with my samsung smart TV and the remote. The forward and rewind and pause buttons don't work on Samsung. I don't want to go buy a roku just for that. Would be a pity if Spectrum does not make this work with Samsung TVs! We are not talking about a nice company. Samsung is a giant that sells a lot of TVs.
